Q: How can I get information on or order loose diamonds or colored gemstones?
A: Regency Jewelers sells loose diamonds with independent trade lab reports. We also have a GIA Graduate Gemologist on staff to answer any questions regarding loose diamonds or colored gemstones. Just send an email or call the store during normal business hours to discuss any questions you might have.

Q: Can catalog items be ordered with different diamond or gemstone configuration?
A: Most pieces of jewelry in the website which contain a major center diamond or colored stone are often available with other centers of variable size, shape or quality as it pertains to diamonds, and other colored gemstones where applicable. Please email or call the store during normal business hours to inquire.

Q: Is there a broader selection of jewelry at the store?
A: Our retail store contains thousands of pieces of beautiful jewelry, in all the latest fashions, and in varying price ranges. Please email or call during normal business hours to inquire about the full extent of our jewelry collections. We have the capability to email or fax pictures or descriptions of most of our merchandise.


Q: How long does it take to create a custom designed piece of jewelry?
A: With our custom design center we are generally able to make a piece from start to finish in 2-3 weeks. The design process can sometimes be longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the piece.

Q: What is Regency Jewelers shipping policy?
A: Website orders are sent with Free 2-Day shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Accelerated overnight shipping and handling is available at a $20.00 charge. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges.

Q: What is Regency Jewelers return policy?

A: Online catalog orders can be returned for full refund within 5 days of receipt of the product, or returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale, including your name and phone number. Merchandise must be packaged properly and in original condition with any tags still intact. Shipping and insurance charges for product returned to Regency Jewelers are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise not in original condition will not qualify for refund or exchange.

Q: What is the cancellation/backorder policy?
A: Any online catalog order with normal shipping can be cancelled within 24 hours of order via phone or online (contact us). Any online order with accelerated shipping must be cancelled within 6 hours of order via phone or online (contact us). Any order cancelled post shipping and prior to receipt will be treated as a returned order, with customer being responsible for returning shipping and insurance charges, and condition of the merchandise. If an online catalog item is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours of your order with estimated time of delivery. You will have the option to cancel the order at that time.

Q: What is the payment policy?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for any website order.


Q: Do you repair jewelry in the store while someone waits?
A: Most simple jewelry repairs can be done while you wait, if the repair requires a part we don’t have in stock we can order the part and call you when it arrives. Email or call during normal business hours to set up and appointment.
